"Food is mediocre and the manager(so I think) was rude and not attentive. When I asked For the check he scribbled on a paper and slammed it on the table. However the guys at the counter were very polite. They even apologized for his bad service. I asked the man at the counter what the receipt said because the man carelessly scribbled on paper. He couldn’t read it either and asked the manager to rewrite it. He over charged for the most saddest looking sandwich. I just wanted to leave so I just Paid and left. I just moved down the street from this place. Went in hoping this could be a nice spot to have breakfast before work but definitely not. Won’t be back."

"On another night, we returned for dinner and enjoyed wonderful service along with fantastic food. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. We also learned that the Fireside’s owner closed the restaurant and opened a new one, where he is more hands-on. I hope it will be just as good as Fireside. A few nights later, my sister and her husband arrived at the hotel, and we decided to have late-night drinks and dessert after a show. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, taking about 20 minutes for our orders to arrive, and the desserts were subpar—not worth the calories or the wait. I ordered a chocolate martini, which was just okay. Before heading to the airport, my husband and I had one last lunch at the restaurant. The service was mediocre, with our steak knife missing, but the food was very good. Overall, I'm hoping they get back on track when they open again. Right now, though, it feels like a hit-or-miss place, which is why I rated them fairly."

"Don 't be fooled by the Italian food neon sign... there 's more to Gibby 's than just Italian food. In fact, I would highly recommend that the folks at Gibby 's to remove that sign? Why? Because they 're probably losing business to people who don 't like Italian food and think that 's all that they serve. I 'd passed it many times thinking that very thing and never giving it a chance. When a friend recommend that we go here before an event downtown at Capital Cellars (which is right across the street) I was completely opposed until he explained that there is more to the menu than just Italian food. Apparently this place is a hotspot for lunch and at that time you can order at the counter in the middle part of the restaurant. So when we walked in and didn 't find any direction as to whether you seat yourself or step to the counter, we were a bit lost. Then a guy stepped up and said you were suppose to wait up front . Surprisingly, he ended up being our server. Dude, be nice and take into consideration that there wasn 't a sign that says wait to be seated . I was pleasantly surprised to also find that we were there during Happy Hour, which is 5-7pm. The specials includes beer, wine and appetizers. Score!! Don 't mind if I do. I 'm not sure if Happy Hour is offered on the weekends or not, we were there on a weekday. I did notice that they are closed on Sundays though. We started with an order of potato skins from the appetizer Happy Hour menu. I wasn 't too impressed. They tasted a bit frozen, or maybe premade... idk, something was just odd about them. I ordered an entree salad, which doesn 't come with meat unless you pay an upcharge. I decided to go meatless, since we ordered the appetizer too. The salad was excellent, except the croutons. Those were the hardest croutons that I 've ever had in my life. The hard boiled eggs were perfectly, without the green lining that some places can 't seem to avoid. My husband had the steak burger, which the waiter recommended. It was very fatty... so he pulled it from the bun and cut off the fat. If fat is your thing, there ya go."

"I recently ordered Uthappam from Spice Venue along with other dishes. I have been ordering from this restaurant out of necessity, as there are not many options for Indian food nearby. While I do acknowledge that they have a few good items on their menu, I have noticed inconsistencies in their preparation. However, today I received a dosa instead of the Uthappam that I ordered. When I called to address the issue, a person named Bharani was rude and unapologetic, stating that this is how their chef prepares it and if I don't like it, I should stop ordering from them. This lack of consideration for the customer speaks volumes about the restaurant. This is not the first time they have made mistakes with my order, but today I felt the need to speak up. The attitude of the restaurant is disgusting, as they seem to care very little about the customer experience. I have always been patient due to the pandemic, but today I had enough. I had to confront them about their dishonesty and ask them to stop misleading customers with false information."

"Fantastic Experience at Joey D’s Oak Room! I've been to Joey D’s Oak Room a few times now, and each visit has been exceptional! The service is always top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming to everyone. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a warm vibe that makes you feel right at home. While I'm not typically a big steak eater, I had a few bites from my partner's plate, and the steak was stellar! I ordered the Blackened Chicken Rigatoni pasta, and it was spectacular. As someone who loves large portions, I was struggling to finish it, which is a huge compliment to the restaurant. My wife ordered the Garlic Steak and loved every single bite. Best of all, the service was 10/10. They even remembered our birthday celebration from the moment we made the reservation, making the evening extra special. Thanks again, Joey D’s! We’ll definitely be back!"

"Amazing cafe for a breakfast. We eat here every day during our stay in San Francisco. It is an amazing food. Especially eggs Benedict. Very friendly staff. They were always there trying to help make sure we have great experience. I would strongly recommend to visit this cafe if you’re in the area. Wheelchair accessibility: It is not possible to get here in a wheelchair. There are stairs to get in."

"mail clerk. eating is good, but only one thing that I'm not that the sub-roll bread is so hard, I came back to work and had to get a regular roll to put my food on the original sub-bread was hard to put, I thought the sub-roll they were soft like the ones they had at long fellows in morristown, but they weren't. next time, I'll just get a sandwich on regular brot, then that eating is okay."

"This restaurant has a stunning ambiance and friendly staff. The food was outstanding. My wife ordered the chicken Francaise and said it was among the best she’s ever had, while I enjoyed the braided short rib, which I highly recommend. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering we had an appetizer, each ordered a drink and shared a dessert, our total came to around $150. There are also more affordable options available. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!"

"I have always driven up Hope Street and gone past this deli. Well, this week I finally stopped in. I ordered a chicken cutlet (My go-to deli sandwich) on a wedge with cheese, tomatoes and ketchup and mayo. First things first: they made a QUALITY QUALITY sandwich. The cutlet has a nice crisp to it, and was not dry but juicy. The breading was not overwhelming but just right. The cheese, bacon , tomato all meshed well. Nothing was too loose or too messy. Second the customer service was great. A great atmosphere to walk into. Its always nice when you are greeted by a smile, conversation and to see that person behind the counter is actually enjoying themselves.I went back again to try out their meatball parm. On. The. Money. The meatballs are fresh and REAL. I am simple so I did not doctor this particular sandwich up much, but it was good for me and can be for you too.I recommend Ron's Deli if you want a great sandwich, great service, great prices. They will be seeing more of me thats for sure!"

""The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, making it a great spot for dinner. The view is absolutely stunning. While it would have been nice to sit outside, we visited during colder weather. The service was a bit slow in getting our food, but we weren't in a rush and appreciated the beautiful views and ambiance. The short rib dish was excellent, and we also tried the frog legs, steak tartare, and butter. The oysters were fresh but quite small. Overall, the food was very good.""

"I ordered from Uber Eats and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. They forgot to include my burger and tea. When I called to address the issue and try to find a solution, they were extremely rude. Their lack of customer service skills was apparent as they did not seem to care about my concerns. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the missing items, they simply kept repeating that they had packed it. However, it was clear that they had not. I had spent around $50 on my order but was unable to enjoy any of it due to the mistake."
