"This restaurant was a huge letdown. The service was terrible and rude, and the food took forever to come out. Unfortunately, they were out of risotto and the Osso Bucco was cold in the middle. The wait staff was inattentive, and even after bringing up our issues with the server, a manager never came to follow up. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but it has really gone downhill. I definitely won't be returning. The lack of customers on a Saturday night suggests that this has been a problem for a while. Management really needs to address these issues."
