"Absolutely not, the sushi is average going down hill since the first time I tried it. We arrived and we're expecting decent service we sat down were given menus and ordered. We weren't served water until after the meal. When I went to order it the male server quickly apologized and went to quickly get it. Then we asked for the check and the lady working there comes to tells us a loud rude voice that tip is not included AND MAKE SURE TO TIP. So I go up to the register and pay Apple Pay and she once again says LEAVE THE TIP ITS NOT INCLUDED like...Last time I checked it wasn't mandatory to not only tip but also tip for bad customer service. I understand when it's busy and I'm a very patient person, who tip every-time we go out but when you ignore us and disrespect your customers like that it ensure that you lose business. Honestly don't even waste your time the it's a pretty location with hardworking employees but until the figure out what's the Asian short lady's problem we will not be coming back."

"Seated immediately at our reservation time, accommodations for eleven people plus a high chaired child. Quick, friendly, attentive service. Our chef was Albert, he made us laugh, played games with us, cooked steak to each person’s individual liking, hot fresh. Waiter was prompt, correct on all orders and friendly, sorry I forget his name tho he had those drinks refilled before our last sips. Chef and waiter were extremely patient with the four children in our group. Restaurant was well kept, I did not visit the powder room however overheard ladies was messy and needed a once over. Overall a nice experience for such a large group, I would recommend Samurai Steakhouse for your big birthday celebration or even just an afternoon lunch."

"I have been going here for about 15 years. I knew they had new owners and went to try it. The service was great and everyone was very polite and quick on refills. However, the food is just not the same. The ingredients were fresh and good; but, in my opinion do not expect the same as before. I also ordered the fried rice as usual. It seemed okay at the top of the bowl; but, once I stirred it I noticed how greasy it was. I was able to pour out at least a tablespoon of oil into a soy sauce dish. Please do your best to improve(or maybe it was an off day). I will not be coming back; but, I never want a local business to fail."

"I love that they 're open late but don 't love that they shifted to takeout-only during the pandemic and still are, and that they got rid of their yummy teriyaki chicken bowl which I got at least a couple times a month for lunch pre-pandemic. Still, they 're my go-to when it 's yet another late night at the office and I 'm craving something savory and not too heavy with good clean protein that 's relatively quick to order and pickup on my way home. My go tos are 2-3 simple rolls: usually yellowtail or salmon roll (both have avocado, yum! and a CA roll. If I 'm hungry enough, I 'll get all 3. Love that they give a discount for buying more than 1 roll. Perfect little meal that I can eat in the car if I 'm suuuuper starving. Not super authentic genuine Japanese sushi but sometimes that 's what I 'm after. It hits the spot for those nights. One time, I tried the crisscut fries and they were tasty! Seems pricey but it 's a really good portion size."

"I love this place!! Every time I order they always make it with fresh ingredients and have never been unsatisfied. The service is amazing from the front with talking to the gorgeous Mai to the awesome chefs that take care of the orders with amazing service. I love the ambiance that is presented as it's calming and a place where you can show up and they welcome you with open arms and make you feel special. And they always tell you about the specials and best ways to save especially during this time of inflation."

"We did have fun, as we were on a spontaneous mission for karaoke. But 12 of us were charged $10 each to enter... is there even supposed to be a cover charge? Suspicious, because the door guy at first asked for $20 per person.. And then karaoke was $50 per hour on top of that. The song selection wasn't the greatest and navigation was not very user friendly. At first the master volume was turned way down, so we had to solve that issue first, Escape room style.The room was pretty tired as well. We had fun, but have definitely been to better karaoke places."

"Second attempt to go here, and second time I'm walking away shocked that anyone likes this place.The good, the Beef Teriyaki was tasty.The bad, everything else was weak or awful. The sushi rolls are weak, with small pieces of sushi, and no flavor. even the philidelphia roll is just cream cheese, no rice flavor, tiny fish, and more.Shrimp Udon was acceptable, until I remembered the price, the chicken that was served along side the beef teriyaki was extremely dry. Salad had no flavor, Rice was average, but it was rice, so that could be ok by us.I paid 50 dollars for this meal which is the real problem. Extremely over priced, and low quality. I won't be back for a third time.Vegetarian options: Extremely limited choices, and the sushi rolls are weak. There's a cucumber roll, and a vegetarian roll which is Cucumber and a small amount of spinach."

"My husband ordered from doordash. This is our first time to order at this place. I am totally disappointed.. the Philadelphia roll look so disgusting. It doesn't even look like a philly roll. Really sloppy work. I ordered a large and small bowl and i cant even tell which is which because the portion inside the large bowl is so small and barely any sauce. Whoever cut the fish is not doing a great job. So sorry but i used to work at a poke/sushi place and this is NOT how u cut them. The octopus stinks! Don't you know that every morning before serving them you should rinse them? I asked for my spicy tuna to be put on the side but they still mixed it with the other fish. I didnt order any pineapples and somehow i got some huge chunks of pineapples! It's sad! I know restaurants are hurting because of this pandemic but ur going to hurt more if you continue serving like this. I'll just go to poketown at norco for my poke. It's not worth it! Maybe find new employees ??‍ or train them more!"

"The tall employee I encountered needs to be let go; his attitude is the reason I won’t be returning. His negativity really impacted our experience, and the food we received was subpar. It felt either intentional or simply reflected poor food quality. It’s unfortunate because everyone else at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating, but he really marred our visit. I had previously enjoyed excellent service here, thanks to a wonderful young woman and her friend, who provided exceptional quality and service. However, after experiencing such poor service and food from a disgruntled employee, I have serious concerns. There are plenty of other restaurants that treat their customers with respect, and I will be considering those alternatives in the future."

"Two guys usually man this post. One is well seasoned, speaks loud and clear, interacts with clients and has never failed making my poke bowl worth coming back for. The second fellow is quite another story, he doesn't listen well and has yet to make my poke bowl the right way. If you bring to his attention there's been an error he will rectify it with a scowl. Time to find a place with happier service? Yes!"
