"Delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong address so I had to have it resent. Once I finally received my order over an hour late the restaurant called to berate me and tell me my address was incorrect (which it's not. I've even had deliveries from this exact restaurant to this address with no issue before). Incredibly rude service. I was a repeat customer with delivery and sit down and will now never return because of how I was treated."

"Unprofessional and Rude. My previous positive recommendation for this place was based on my interactions with the previous owners. The newer people who run the place, specifically the owner is RUDE if there is a problem. They don 't or won 't speak English unless it is to yell at you which was my experience yesterday when they got my order wrong and I refused to accept it unless it was made correctly. The owner, an older man literally came out from behind the counter and yelled for me to get out! They have a young female who does speak English to deal with customers and she can 't seem to handle simple requests that require a minor accommodation. Stay away ! Almost any other restaurant will treat the customer right when there is a minor problem."

"Absolutely incredible! Came here yesterday with my father and step mother as they treated me for a birthday lunch. None of us had been here before and I took a chance just based on the awesome reviews. My dad and step mom couldn’t stop raving about how if they lived in this area how they would keep coming back. So guess I’m gonna have to do it for them lol! Seriously the absolute best place I’ve been for sushi possibly ever in Colorado. Server was incredible, very informative and speedy. The sushi chefs created beyond stunning rolls that were so flavorful. You will not be disappointed here. Utter perfection and I can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful birthday lunch!"

"Let?s start by saying I?ve never been to a Japanese Steakhouse. When we come in there was 1 table in the entire building and they were getting to when we walked in. 2 adults and a young toddler. They asked if we wanted to sit at the grill. We were super excited because we never have been able to experience something like this. We are 5 hours from home! The waiter explained the rules and we understood (so I thought). He brings us waters and then the bottled sodas. My husband and children ordered and then I ordered my Sushi as I am not a big fan of Asian type foods they have here. I was told for me to sit there it would be $10 extra because I didn?t order grill food. I looked around and we were literally the only people in the restaurant. He said it is the rules of the restaurant and took our menus, I said ok that?s ok. He said for us to have a good day and I asked what we do and he walked off. So we took our drinks and walked to the host stand and let them know we aren?t sure what we are supposed to do and let him know what our waiter said. About 5 minutes later the same water comes back and asked my husband if he wanted his drink he left on the table and he said no and I asked for another waiter to attend to us. The new waiter went over our order which was almost entirely wrong, we corrected it and about 30-40 minutes or so later my sushi comes out. It sat there for another 15 minutes until the rest of my family?s food come so we could eat together. My sushi was ok. My daughter had the Hawaiian pork and she didn?t eat it. The food was ok. The manager Kevin come and apologized for us not being able to sit at the grill and said it was store rules. I let him know there was NO ONE else in the restaurant when we got there. He insisted it was the rules. That?s fine. Our new server was nice and Kevin was friendly but we will not recommend this place. Food was like any Asian food you can get at a mal food court and service was shotty. 4 meals $98.xx"
