"Had been to Wilkes previously for a sandwich that was stacked with meat and cheese. Decided to come back for wraps and was severely disappointed. Asked for Kathy’s chicken salad which is still on the menu in store and was told they don’t make that at all anymore. They are the skinniest wraps ever seen and barely filled at all. Won’t return again as they are not worth the money they charge for it. The customer service was less than friendly as well."

"I never go out of my way to leave a review of everything, but this place is an exception. I come here a few times a month to pick up lunch on my break and never got disappointed! The food is always great and I appreciate the various ways to order food online. The staff has always been very friendly and lets me expect my next meal there!"
