"Also, please be considerate and learn how to tip restaurant staff. I used to be stingy with tips, but after working in restaurants, I realized how much effort goes into making customers happy. Mistakes can happen, but there are often countless factors at play. Even the person preparing your take-out has a hectic job trying to get everything just right for you.
Also, please don’t call just five minutes ahead to make a reservation, and keep the bathrooms clean—it is a restaurant, after all, not fast food. The only downside I found is the limited parking, so if you're visiting with family, try to minimize the number of cars to avoid towing.
Overall, this place is excellent. Even though I don’t work there anymore, I still go back to dine with my family. I love the churrasco with chimichurri, homemade mashed potatoes, and fresh rice. The ribs with guava BBQ sauce are even better than those at Tony Roma's. You’ll definitely taste the difference, starting with the rice—it's much better!"
