"On Tuesday night, a group of eight of us visited the restaurant and were told we would have to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. We noticed two empty tables upstairs and were confused as to why it would take so long to combine them. We spent nearly the entire 45 minutes waiting for the tables to be moved together, even though it was a quiet night.
Once we were finally seated, it took us about 10 minutes to place our drink orders, and another 10 minutes to actually receive them. One person in our group had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. When our food arrived, it came out in sections, as if we had placed our orders 5 to 10 minutes apart. Some of the food was cold, and about half of the orders had mistakes. The garlic fries were essentially just plain fries with a heap of garlic on top.
I decided against ordering a second drink after seeing how long it took to get the first one. We were given discount cards for our next visit, but we quickly realized they were useless because they expired in just a few days, and we had no plans to return."
