"We were waiting in line behind a family who were not fluent in English. The waitress serving them was making an effort, but unfortunately, the trainer was incredibly rude. She was disrespectful to her colleague, the customers in line ahead of us, and to us. She was muttering under her breath and slamming things around. We decided to get our food to go and did not confront her. Subway needs to improve their customer service, as this individual should not be working in the service industry. I did not catch her name, but she had a messy appearance with shaved hair on the sides and the demeanor of a hostile individual."

"This location is my favorite. Fuel prices are lower than other truck stops around here. Parking spots are limited but wider than others no reservations or payments required). Bobtails are invited and BEST OF ALL THIS LOCATION HAS THE MOST FRIENDLY STAFF. Clean place, clean restrooms and showers. I call it my second home.I locked myself out of my truck and they offered me loaner tools too unlock my truck. It worked and saved me headache and money. One time staff was busy and Manager Bill walked out , while chewing his lunch, and helped me with my purchase. The employees are so proactive that amazes me. "We were charged for two 6-inch sandwiches because we requested different ingredients on each side of a foot-long sandwich. This is something we have never experienced at any other Subway restaurant before. The employee mentioned that their manager requires this and that they are not independently operated but rather run by Loves, which is why they do things differently. This seemed ridiculous to us, especially since it actually cost them less to make the sandwich with one side plain. It would have been helpful if the employee had informed us of this policy when we asked for the sandwiches to be different, so we could have made a different choice. The customer service could definitely be improved. Overall, the service was lacking, but the food was rated a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere also received a low rating. Our meal was takeout and cost between $10-20 per person."

Then, to my shock, I overheard her mutter, "Stupid, white mother f***er," as she walked away from the counter. Really? "I arrived last night a little after 7pm. Waited in line forever which was fine. They were out of quite a few things. I ended up getting the veggie delight without cheese. Carolyn was the employee making my sandwhich. The first thing I asked for was mustard. I noticed she seemed bothered with this request for some reason. Then when I asked for all the veggies she began to turn the bread in a couple different directions while sighing and said Well it makes it kind of difficult when you get the sauce first... then proceeded to make my sandwhich with it facing length wise. I found this odd and just responded Oh? as I 'm not sure why that would make it difficult. I 'd think it would make it less messy? Anyway I asked if I can get veggies on the side and she asked if I wanted a lot of veggies on the side. I just said Can I get like 8 tomato slices and some pickles? she said I can give you 3 tomatos and 3 pickles. Any more than that and I 'll have to charge you for an extra sandwhich. I said Ok 3 is fine. I found this odd as I 've never, in all the years I 've been eating Subway, been charged for a whole extra sandwhich for getting extra veggies. Nevermind the fact my sandwhich comes with cheese, but I never get cheese and I don 't ask to be reimbursed for the cost of cheese included in my sandwich price. I then asked out of curiosity if that Subway was independently owned because that might explain to me why it has different rules for charging items. She again seemed bothered by this question and said yes. I paid and went on my way. Little did she know my co worker was the next customer in line. He came out to our vehicle laughing and said That Subway lady was talking sh . I don 't think she knew we are together. I was confused and asked She was talking about me? and he said Yes, she was venting to her co worker about how she can 't believe you had the audacity to think you can just get free veggies on the side without being charged for an extra sub and she mentioned how it was annoying how you also asked if the subway was independently owned. Then her co worker replied about how she can 't believe you were trying to get free stuff. I find this kind of funny because I never asked for or expected anything for free.. I just also didn 't expect to be charged for a whole extra sub because I wanted a side of tomatos and pickles. Apparently there 's no better way of charging for that? I don 't know..that whole experience was very odd to me. I feel like Carolyn needs to be retrained in customer service or something. As far as anything else, I ordered a large drink and the top cups on both stacks of cups were filthy so I took my cup from under a few. The soda tasted funny. There was a packet of cleaning solution open and sitting on the chip rack up front as if someone attempted to start cleaning and got distracted. The veggies and chips were decently stocked and the area where the sandwiches are made didn 't seem overly messy for how busy it was."
