"Once we were finally seated, our drinks were brought to us immediately. However, the older waitress who attended to us refused to take our order until all orders from the Caucasian customers were taken, even though we had arrived before them. When our food was finally served, the presentation was messy and unprofessional.
As I began to cut into my steak, I noticed it was covered in a clear, greasy, hard substance. I brought this to the waitress's attention, and she casually mentioned that it was cooked with the plastic still on and suggested I just pull it off. However, the plastic had stuck to the bottom of the steak, making it difficult to remove. After putting down the check, the waitress walked away without offering any assistance.
When I went to pay the bill, I mentioned my issue to the cook, but she did not respond. The cashier simply stated that she would remove the charge for the steak and did not want to discuss the matter further. It seems to me that my order was intentionally sabotaged because they don’t want us to return.
On a previous visit, we were told we needed to call ahead for reservations to dine in, and during that visit, my food was burnt. When I mentioned this to my husband, he dismissed it. After tonight's experience, it’s clear we are not welcome here, and if we do decide to order from this restaurant again, it will have to be takeout."
