"I came here on a cold, windswept December night looking for some warm Korean food. While I came here looking for chicken, I was eventually mesmerized by the Korean seafood pancake, and that choice was not disappointing. While the wait for the pancake was a little long, and the restaurant is a little cramped, the food was worthwhile. Inside the pancake was shrimp and scallops, mixed together with onions and peppers into a hearty, savory concoction. The pancake itself was crispy and smooth, leading to a delightful blend of textures. While the ambiance is low-key, I found myself greatly appreciating it as I waited for my pancake. Though the interior is quite small, playful, pearl-like strings of lights decorate it, with irreverent signs hanging against the exposed brick wall. The interior was far from dim, but it was also not garishly, ostentatiously lit. The ambiance reminded me quite a bit of some of these small bars and restaurants I enjoyed popping into when I visited Tokyo."
