"The food was decent. The enchiladas were overly spicy, the steak was too salty, and the margarita had a similar saltiness (if you don’t enjoy very salty house margaritas, make sure to request it without the salt rim). While there was music playing in the restaurant, a live band performing nearby made it a bit too loud and overwhelming. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I likely wouldn’t return."

"I’ve had an AMAZING time whenever I come to this restaurant, it never misses. Because of that I am making my first google review. I have celiac disease so I have to follow a gluten free diet, and the kitchen and environment is completely free ofgluten which makes me extremely comfortable. but now for the food. The Taco Tinga might just be the best thing I have evertasted. I had an epiphany when I took the first bite. It was a perfect balance of flavors. I HIGHLY suggest. The tortilla chipsalong with the guacamole and salsa were some of the best. But everything on the menu is great, that’s why I gave it 5 starsalong with the amazing service and quick arrival of the food. (in the picture there is the costillitas, which were amazing, aside of rice, a side of beans, and of course, the Tinga Tacos) DELICIOUS!"

"I made a reservation on Open Table that was not honored by Machete Tequila. I requested a standard table in a quiet location. We were seated in the bar with a very loud speaker directly behind us. I went back to the host and asked about my reservation and asked why we were seated at a high table in the bar with a booming speaker behind us. He told me that Open Table was the problem, that Machete Tequila does not accept reservations and that we were seated in the best possible seat available-a standard seat in a more family area would have been another 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was not informed by the host that my Open Table reservation was not being honored. The host was curt and had a take it or leave it attitude."

"ideal for vegan, vegetarian and omninis, as everyone has a separate menu with delicious choices. the vegan prix fixe meal was very good, with unique aromen I could have eaten several dishes of coconut chia! would definitely try other options again. the outside seats in winter are converted into a beautiful outside area with plastic walls and heating."
