"The name really captures the essence of this place. It’s dimly lit, unclean, and very inexpensive. I was hesitant to use the restrooms, and after my meal, I quickly discovered the origin of the unpleasant raw sewage smell that my colleague and I noticed while we were having lunch. On the upside, the food was surprisingly good, and our server was both friendly and efficient. However, I genuinely can’t understand how this restaurant hasn’t been shut down by health authorities. In the future, I would choose any other place over Rutland Restaurant when I visit the area again."
