"Food quality always fresh, BUT the wait is too long and they don't follow directions. They are so inconsistent with how they do things. Sometimes my egg salad is wrapped in paper, other times it's in a plastic tray soaking in pickle juice. Not a genius idea. Since the tray is plastic, the juice from the pickles just slide all over the tray, soaking the sandwich and essentially tainting the taste of the sandwich. Today I ordered to cold sandwiches- nothing but turkey, salami, Swiss and American... no condiments, no lettuce. Nothing..Just meat and cheese. I CALLED AHEAD and when I got there I still waited for 10 minutes only to have my sandwiches passed to me with pickles in a plastic tray leaking on my food. I immediately let the worker know that I said NO PICKLES. ANNOYED. I get to work, no Swiss cheese. WHYYYY..."
