"Terrible experience... I ordered delivery and waited nearly two hours for my food, which never arrived. When I called, they told me the delivery driver had just left five minutes ago. After waiting another 30 minutes with still no food (and I live less than five minutes away), I called again and requested fresh food, saying I would just pick it up myself. I went to pick it up, but when I got home, the food was awful. To make matters worse, I woke up this morning to find that they charged my card twice and told me the extra charge should be refunded by Monday."

"I went there trying to help a local business. The man at the register was cordial and helpful, detailing the menu options while openly describing a brief background of the business. I give 2 stars because I believe costumer service is key for any business to succeed. However, I regret going there because the Cheese Burger Deluxe was a kick in the abdomen. I felt ill after eating the apple size burger that was overwhelmingly surrounded with fries and almost threw up. I rarely give a bad review and it might just be that my stomach sometimes doesn’t agree with fast food, but I think this feedback could help improve the business’ quality."

"Food quality has gone down. Hamburgers are still on but if you get any thing fried be prepared to be disappointed. The grease is old and the fries are obviously not being properly maintained and no longer get to proper cooking temperature. Fish are edible but you can tell they grease is old. And the fries soak up so much grease from being cooked in low temp that you can squeeze a cup of oil out of them. I wish David was still there."
