"M&M was the place that made me sure about my decision to move to Charleston in 2022. My favorite spot was right in front of the bakery or outside. I always treated myself to a pastry or an iced sugar cookie (if they had them), along with the avocado toast topped with a fried egg and salmon, and an iced Americano—they’re all incredibly delicious. I found comfort there, whether I was reading, working on my laptop, or simply people-watching in the rustic and cozy atmosphere. The ambiance is truly unbeatable. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and I was proud to call it my go-to place. I recently relocated out of state but still think about it often, which is why I’m writing this from my new home in South Dakota. M&M is incredibly versatile: it’s perfect for family gatherings, outings with friends, business meetings, or even just enjoying some quiet time with a book. Let’s just hope the parking situation isn’t too tricky!"
