"Made reservations on open table. Arrived at the hotel/restaurant only to be greeted by a notice on the stand that it was only open to hotel guests. When a waitstaff member, approached the stand we asked about the sign and informed of our reservations. With an attitude less than desirable, he whirled around and signaled with a very abrupt hand gesture to “come here”, still not spoken a word to us. Directed us to a table by flipping his hand out and dropping menus down on the table in front of us. … – show"
