"On top of that, the staff struggled with English, which made communication really challenging, especially when they used a child as a translator. I tried to ask if they could write something on the cake, but they just stared at me blankly. My questions about different cakes led to very confusing responses. I’m annoyed that I even left a generous tip, thinking they deserved it. If the bakery on Castle Hill hadn’t been closed when I needed a cake, I would have never chosen this place."
