"My experience at Third Base Pizza was extremely disappointing. My fiancé and I were looking forward to a relaxing Sunday date night, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite asking where to sit, we were left waiting for 20 minutes before anyone bothered to present us with menus. When a staff member wearing a jersey, crossbody bag and a vape on a necklace, finally acknowledged us, he seemed completely uninterested and begrudgingly provided menus. Promising to return for our drink orders, he disappeared, leaving us waiting for an additional 7 minutes without any attention. Fed up with the lack of service, we decided to leave. It's clear that Third Base Pizza needs to drastically improve its customer service if it hopes to retain any patrons. Have you also noticed they only respond to positive reviews and don’t really address the negative ones? Response from Owner: “Thank you for your review. It's unfortunate your experience was not up to our usual standards. We take each review seriously and address the negative as well as the positive. Have a wonderful day!” Then can you please explain why your response didn’t address any of the complaints in my review? More importantly why your response is private and not public. You basically just said “thanks for letting us know, have a good day”. That does nothing and essentially letting the customer know that you do not care."
