"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. They attempted to sell me four overcooked oxtails for $21, and when I asked for more, it turned into an issue. An older woman, along with an older man and a younger woman working there, were quite rude. I had more than enough money to pay for the extra oxtails I requested, but they refused to give them to me. Instead, they offered me chicken, which I declined since they had a whole pan of baked chicken sitting out. Ultimately, I ended up ordering a single plate of curry chicken, rice and beans with plantains for $15, but I didn't want extra chicken. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied."
