"I have been frequenting this restaurant for a few years now, and while the food is decent, the customer service is always disappointing. The staff's greeting always comes across as annoyed rather than welcoming. Any requests regarding the food are often met with resistance. Today, I ordered a Jerk Chicken Dark Meat Only meal and paid with Apple ID. I have encountered other vendors who do not provide a receipt with smart pay options, but the staff did not turn the screen around for me to select an option for payment. When I asked for a receipt for reconciliation purposes, the response was unhelpful. Instead of a more customer-focused reply like "Absolutely, I will print that for you," I was told that I always get a receipt and to ask for one if I don't. As someone from the Caribbean myself, I find it unfortunate that poor customer service has become acceptable in Caribbean restaurants. I believe in treating people with respect and courtesy, especially in the service industry. When I tried to call the phone number listed on the website to place an order before I arrived, it was out of service. Despite this, I received my food and left the store as quickly as possible."
