"We were pleasantly surprised by this Japanese tapas restaurant in Brewster. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations; we were just looking for some sushi to escape the cold outside. However, we were blown away by the creativity and skill of the chefs. The selection of fresh fish was not only delicious but also presented in an artistic and elegant manner. The restaurant certainly embodies a fusion tapas bar vibe. We indulged in a bottle of high-end sake, which wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. I imagine similar presentations would be much pricier in Manhattan, and while some of the non-traditional dishes had a few rough edges, it was still a solid 5-star experience. We will definitely be back."
