I checked your website to confirm if those items were truly out of stock, and they weren’t. I didn’t appreciate paying for certain items only to have them replaced with lower-cost alternatives, especially when I didn’t receive any refund. Overall, we might try this place again, but I’m hesitant to place an online order in the future."
