"Stopped in recently for a quick bite. I tried a slice of canadian bacon w/ pineapple and my husband tried the mac cheese pizza. The pizza was decent. The slices are huge, 9” according to the menu. We both thought the mac cheese pizza was better. The Lighthouse dipping sauce is really good. It’s creamy and seems like a mix of ranch and thousand island. It comes with every pizza. We also tried the Dough Boys garlic knots and they were very good. Overall we had a good experience and the food was good, but service was ok. They seemed a little busy and the gentleman working the front was working hard, while the lady in back loudly chit chatted away. He asked her to stop talking and hurry up because people were waiting and without hesitation she abruptly said, “I don’t care.” I understand restaurants are short staffed, but it’s not an excuse to be rude and/or not do your job, especially when no one was rude to you. I’ve rarely had a “bad” experience in regards to short staffing at restaurants, unfortunately that wasn’t the case at Lighthouse."
