"Nice dim ambiance. Honestly, i cannot believe i hadn’t reviewed this restaurant sooner. I discovered it about 7 or 8 years ago when i met my coworker who worked next door for lunch. I fell in love and have dined there ever since. The cuisine is so flavorful and arrives yo your table hot! When im in town and honestly desire a meal that wont let me down or satisfy my soul. Well, this is it! I like to order the chicken and broccoli in oyster sauce or the thai basil fried rice. My family favorites are also the shrimp drunken noodle or Pad See-U and an order of spring rolls and the curry empanadas (the name escapes me) for appetizers. It is located close to the subway station. The surrounding area is developing and always seems to be under construction but grab a 1-hour parking spot out front if you can."

"This is what true ownership looks like! Everyone was delighted with their meal. Hearty, and nutritious. The owner personally made sure our diet restrictions were met, joked, chatted with us, and made everyone feel at home. A home-cooked meal was a very comforting light on a 9 hour car trip. There's no worry about cut corners or poor quality here. Janet seems to ensure everything is up to her personal highest standard, the way she'd feed her own family. What a blessing. Thank you, Janet! "Los Gauchitos is a little piece of heaven for barbecue lovers! The provoleta, topped with a fresh, juicy tomato, was the perfect start. The barbecue, abundant and delicious! Tender sweetbreads, juicy strip roast, crispy chinchulin, tasty chorizo, exquisite blood sausage and a picaña that melted in the mouth. Sangria, the ideal complement. "We love Palm Springs, perfect place to come with the children and vacation. Or without her! Holidays are for relaxation, and we tend to meet the ground, no matter where we go. When we get to Palm Springs, we can just relax. Here, OMG! You have to come here at least once. Life is for experiencing, and Monster Shakes is one you must have! Great atmosphere, comfortable, clean and very welcoming. They have a huge screen that flashes their current special drinks, you will only look around salivate. Big spin on milkshakes, love the idea and creativity. All three children got an amazing drink that they could then (it was 110) and later enjoy the second half of the hotel freezer. "I like good food and when I review, I try and promote the best of what I have experienced. Last night a friend and I were off to the college to see a movie and experience the Q A after. Willits doesn’t scream good food but I tried this place with a friend who heard great things, looking at it from the outside I was skeptical. This is a prime example of ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’. There was ample seating with some interesting pictures and art. Our hostess Terri greeted us with her Long Island accent and I was instantly transported back to my youth. She was forthcoming, open, honest and knowledgeable about the menu. The meatballs were giant and hearty, full of flavor. The bread was perfect and came with great dipping sauces. The Sugo with extra artichoke heats was a big hit. I chose penne Puttanesca extra spicy and I cannot rave enough about it. The only thing I missed was the cannoli, which I will break my no sweets diet. I’ll be back to try the pizza too, Terri said it was the closest to a New York pie you could get. Give this place a try. "We were intrigued by the Buffalo egg rolls and I promise you it is the best thing I have ever eaten. I don't know if I will ever be in the area again but if I am I will go back and buy so many orders. The wings were amazing too. "It's been several years since I ate there. The service was unbelievably slow. One customer came in and waited 5 minutes while the bartender had her back to him. He finally left. "We was a party of 3, our food didn't come out at the same time, we sat outside they brought our food with no eating utensils each time they brought the food out, my daughter just went and got her own utensils and condiments for the table. I think the food would have been good if I could have eaten it hot. I ordered a drink... they didn't bring it out with other drinks for out table, my daughter asked the waitress and she said they are making it now,but when they delivered another tables drinks we asked the waitress they didn't even know I had ordered a drink. "Parking lot is sketchy. Today it is 96° Inside the restaurant felt like 120°! My first time here and probably the last. VERY unfriendly staff except the nice gentleman in the Chef jacket. This place is paying for location as they overcharge for everything. Serving was small, Cucumbers cost .80 they were big chunks and extra tzaziki sauce was $1.50 for a tiny 1oz serving. If they were smart, they would be enthusiastic about patrons coming in and gave the cucumbers and tzaziki sauce no extra charge! Meat was old and dry...it was sitting a while because none wants dry unflavorful chicken. Or to sit in a hot restaurant with no a/c!!! Personally I think the reviews are paid for...My curiosity was disappointed as I had such high hopes for a great tasting lunch...instead I realized I have to make my own good food and as such My quest continues for good Greek food...Ompa!Follow up...I had chicken crumbs not chicken pieces. I made my own tzatziki sauce...it took all of 10 minutes and made my sandwich taste 200% better and no I am not greek....their sauce is old and questionable."

"Anthony's Coal Fired (they use charcoal, not coal) is known for their delicious pizza. If you decide to dine at the Palm Beach Gardens location on a Friday or Saturday evening, be prepared for a bit of a wait for both a table and your pizza. The restaurant only has one pizza oven, which can cause a bottleneck during busy times. However, their fantastic pizza is definitely worth the wait. Despite being a premium pizza, the prices are not much higher than regular pizza. We tried using OpenTable to get in line before arriving, but it didn't seem to make a difference as other patrons were seated before us. It felt like there were two separate lines, so it's unclear if we actually saved any time by using OpenTable."

"My wife and I are regulars here. We go every Saturday or Sunday for breakfast and once in a great while for lunch. This little diner has grown since it opened. Can't go wrong here. "This is a family favorite and we frequent a few times per month. Being Central American, it is nice to have foods that remind me of home and also places I'm able to purchase some of the snack favorites. Reading other reviews, it was very clear there is a cultural disconnect for some. With all good non-American restaurants, can you even trust the food if they aren't monolingual!? Service is a bit slow by American standards, but we tend to want to eat quickly and leave. It is more laid back here. You're always greeted as you come in and offered menus and beverages. Depending on staffing, your server may also be helping in the kitchen. Plus it's never too long of a wait to be served or receive the freshly made food. The pupusas are always well made with just the right amount of toasted/burnt cheese along the edges. I especially love when there is crispy cheese on mine. The platano maduros with beans and crema always hit the spot. The smoothness of the beans is my favorite. Reminds me of the beans and crema slurry I used to mix up as a kid. Now I eat them separate. My favorite drink is the maracuja, but the Jamaica is also a favorite. My niece consistently gets the horchata, which I'll presume is good. Oh forgot to mention the fried yucca and chicharones! The yucca is perfect. So so perfectly friend and soft/fluffy inside. Try all the good food! You won't be disappointed. Just budget enough time to sit and enjoy it while still keeping in mind that most of the food has to be prepared per order. You can't go wrong with the Pupusa loca (a dinner plate size) with all the fillings, fried fish (served whole) and the freshly made tortillas. Or even any of the soups (especially good on a hot day IYKYK) I'm sure I'll be back next week and look forward to ordering my favorites."
