"I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but unfortunately, they messed up my order again and managed to burn the pizza—once more! It’s hard to understand how they can be so incompetent when it comes to making pizza. My recent visits have been nothing short of disastrous. Today, I placed an order that was supposed to be ready in 16-20 minutes. I arrived right at the 20-minute mark, and there wasn't a single customer in sight. They were just finishing up the pizzas and moving at an agonizingly slow pace. What’s the point of ordering online if it doesn’t save any time at all? After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I drove home only to discover that they had made my pizza incorrectly. Three weeks ago, both of my pizzas were burned to a crisp. Before that, an employee closed early even though the posted hours online and on the door said they should have been open. They really need to get their act together!"
