"The meal started with a basket of sliced white bread that was supposed to be Italian, but it was quite stale—it had clearly been cut around 8 in the morning and had been sitting out all day. The main course was unremarkable; I can't even recall what I ordered, and it was less than a week ago. I do remember the mussels appetizer, as the sauce was quite good, but the mussels themselves were old and had a fishy taste. I probably won't be returning."

"I wish I had made more photos, but as soon as our order began, I simply came to the taste lost and kept on enjoying every dish. the dosa was so crisp and tasty. sat with few American friends and they loved the experience of tasting of South Indians. the best part that the owner held on us during the review and wanted to hear our experience first hand, which was really sweet. And then he offered us to try the “Porotha” as a gesture from its end without additional costs. that was so Indian, a hospitable friend who made me so nostalgic and wrinkled before my friends! "Worst service I have ever had after having food from thousand's of restaurants all around the world. Trust me, when I say the worst service ever, I mean every word of it. Ordered food, got it minutes later than the arrival time. But wait, that was just the first mess up. I am charged full but got a partial order because I did not get the curries in the order. Called the restaurant, the manager or whoever he was, the rudest person you will ever find in the service industry. Highly unprofessional, no work ethics, no punctuality, no discipline, no customer service ethics, no basic talking manners, highly disrespectful, impolite, uncivil and highly discourteous. Totally unapologetic of the mess up they did, instead, rude and arrogant. Quantity sucks, food is okayish, but everything other than the food is totally messed up here. They define arrogance to a totally new level. Nothing against them personally but I would advise you all to never dine in at this place, or get your food from here. I am sure not to get food from here when I travel to San Diego next"

"I'm reluctant to give a low rating to a place that used to be one of my favorites, but I've had a few negative experiences recently. The staff member is quite rude, and I've been charged extra for making requests to leave out ingredients due to my allergies. Additionally, I've repeatedly received cold sandwiches despite requesting them to be served hot. It's these small issues that have led to my low score. I hope they can improve, as I would hate to stop patronizing this establishment. I also want to mention that the delivery staff are wonderful and truly deserve their tips. It's unfortunate that the customer service has declined; bringing back a good manager could really help improve the situation."

"$16 for a plate for dinner, you can't go wrong. After living in Puerto Rico, this feels like home! The food is amazing, you can't go wrong with anything you choose. The owners are the nicest people on earth. By far one of my favorite places to eat in Middletown. I prefer paying with cash to avoid the convince fee on the card but other than that, everything is perfect. You won't be disappointed. "I visited this restaurant with friends, expecting a buffet as advertised on their website and menu. When we inquired about it, the server pretended not to understand English. The portions we received were tiny, overly sweet, and mushy—definitely not worth the high prices. The only positive aspect of the meal was the onion naan, which was quite good. The atmosphere was painfully quiet, so much so that it felt like a library. There are plenty of excellent Indian restaurants in town, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. Funny enough, the server spoke English perfectly when it was time to bring the bill. What a coincidence!"

Today Bathure looks like poori...watch a slide where you show items..when served none match what's in slide.dahee wada has three masala colors on top with coriander leaf on top. Today we saw more mustard seeds bunch of red Chilli powder Bonda size in windows dressing is half Size of what displayed in slide. Prices have gone skyhigh... Many of my old friends have stopped going to amma. I know it won't have any impact on what I write. It was my.last day..all the best..very disappointing..you show something and serve something."

"Additionally, the chutney that was supposed to accompany the Vada-Sambhar was not served, even though the menu promised both Sambhar and chutney. When the chutney was finally brought to our table, it was old and stale. One surprising policy they have is that they don't serve water unless you pay for it. They charged 50 cents for a glass of water, which I find odd since most restaurants in the U.S. serve water for free. I’m thinking of filing a complaint to understand why they charge for filled water instead of providing it in a jug like most places do. It really seems like they’re trying to profit off water too. The food itself was disappointing. The temperature was lukewarm, which is unacceptable, and even the tomato soup in the Thali tasted like something straight out of a can. The masala in the dosa was blended so smoothly that it felt more like potato flakes mixed up in a porridge. Overall, I was really let down by this restaurant and don't plan to return. The quality of the food has definitely declined—A2B does it way better."

"Considering the type of cafe/restaurant, I’ll give it 5 stars for fresh, delicious food and great service! Many choices, all freshly made to order, except the pans of daily specials at the counter. All of those looked good too! I ordered a half size Greek salad, Turkey Swiss Pesto sub and a Mushroom Swiss burger, all to share and superb flavors and again, very fresh. We opted to sit on the front lanai instead of inside and while we ordered at the counter, Rella brought our orders out to us and even checked on us again to see if our food was okay. Excellent service! There are no fountain drinks or any alcohol beverages. Some canned drinks or bottled water to choose from."

"Different cheesesteak #1111 in the last five years. The young man behind the counter said they make their own sauce so I got a Pizza Steak. I forgot how I love Pizza Steaks. I also forgot I need chips when I eat a pizza steak. The meat, cheese and sauce were grilled/cooked together very well. Very good amount of cheese. The sauce added very good flavor. The roll has me stumped. It was a good traditional roll. But, I think this pizza steak needed more from the roll. I’ll be back to try the cheesesteak."
