"I have been to Streets several times in the past and have always had a very good dining experience. This, however, rates only as fair, and it gets that rating only becasue the food, as always, was very good. The restaurant was dirty; there was food on the floor under our table and we had to ask to have the sticky, debris laden table cleaned (which was not done with the best of grace). We did not get menus at first, but, after 20 minutes of being at the table without seeing a server, were told to scan and download some app; neither I nor my companion could make that work. The manager tried to print menus for us, but it came out in a font so small as to be unreadable; he also gave us only 1 page of what was supposed to be 3. We eventually had to google the web site and read the menu from there. Also, our service was exceptionally slow. We were seated for a solid 30 minutes before we had beverages and it was over an hour before our food arrived. Other tables were being served far more expeditiously. Our meals were supposed to arrive with biscuits; none ever appeared. We will think twice before returning."
