"I went to this restaurant this morning (8/28/22) to get breakfast for my family. Upon arrival, I noticed a sticky note on the sign indicating a bathroom break, so I waited. After 5 minutes, another man walked in and asked if I worked there. I informed him that I did not, and he took a seat. Shortly after, an employee came out and asked if we were ready to order. The man requested a guest pass, and she promptly took him to the office to assist him. He paid and went to enjoy his meal. Meanwhile, another customer approached the counter and loudly asked if anyone was working. There was no response. After 2 minutes, the employee still had not returned from the office. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I left and went to Biggby where I was greeted right away, rather than being ignored for 15 minutes."
