"As residents of Desert Princess, and restaurant operators (my family has operated restaurants and wedding venues for the past 30 years) we understand the quality of food and service, and we often try to support the Mountain View Grille bringing family and friends to eat here. Unfortunately, every time we do so we are very disappointed. This last time the Caesar salad did not taste like one since the dressing was not good and the advertised prime rib was not prime rib but different meat. And of course, the fries are as always frozen. The pitty is that this particular location is easy to get to, has ample of parking and great views but is not run and/or advertised well. The management should hire a professional wedding planner and be advertised as a wedding venue, it should improve the menu to a more modern one and it should change the ambiance of the place. The people that work there (some servers for 23 years) although nice, need to have better training in order to make diners feel welcomed. The bottom line is that the Mountain View Grille could use some very drastic improvements and some help from professionals in the hospitality industry."
