"Updating my previous review. I just want to say that, several months after my first visit to Bengali, I think I was unfair to note that, even though I liked this restaurant a lot, the food was not as tasty and a little more oily than the place a few doors down. I must have hit it on an off day or two, because it has since become the hands down favorite Indian restaurant of both myself and my wife. The $6.95 weekend buffet (served 11am to 4pm) is addictive. Not only is the food pure vegetarian and delicious, but the selection always varies and the value is unbeatable. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and I am NOT one of the owners or family with any of the owners or friends or whatnot. I 'm just an Italian who likes Indian food and doesn 't like paying a fortune for tiny, tasteless portions. Try Bengali for Thali or buffet!"
