"Discovered this restaurant while seeing a band at the Lodge Room in Highland Park. Wondering around the lodge room I noticed a hidden room and was delightfully surprised to find a lovely restaurant with an amazing balcony overlooking the city. This place is very charming, perfect for a date night or a girls night out. The hummus was incredible and observing other side dishes everything looked good. I could go back and just order sides. I had the cod which was good, a tad salty but still good. My friend had the chicken and we both left happy and satisfied. The bar area is elegant, loved the music and the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go here again."

"I 've been here 4 times, and each time has been a different experience. My most recent time, which was for brunch on December 12th, was my most interesting experience. Ms. Icey 's kitchen should change their name to Club Icey 's! I 'm not giving it a bad review. It just caters to a much younger crowd. When we first came in, the DJ was playing old school rap. By the time we finished our food, the DJ was playing 'Make it Rain! ' The wait staff and some patrons were trying to make it rain right next to my salmon and broccolini! That 's when we decided it was time for us to go. I guess we were too old for this place. Our ages ranged from 49 to 66 years old. We all enjoyed our food, but the atmosphere was a bit too much for brunch, lunch, or regular dining at a restaurant. The music was too loud, and the twerking next to my mimosa was too much. We all agreed that we won 't be back. We 'll leave the table available for the young folks. I 'll go to brunch where I can actually hear my dining partners talk."

"The ambiance and atmosphere at Lava And Tonic are truly captivating, offering an adventurous drink selection (Dalton is hands-down the best bartender). There's so much to discover—from tiny monkeys perched on a green tree to the dry ice fog swirling in the red room filled with shrunken heads and skulls. Hanging baskets of various shapes and sizes glow under colorful festive lights. You'll find a skull inside an old diver's helmet, booths adorned with art, and unique hut-like roofs. There's something fascinating at every turn. Absolutely impressive and fun! Highly recommend! Located just west next."

"My family came here for my birthday dinner on a Friday night. The appetizers we ordered were great and came out right away honey chèvre and bourbon pimento cheese. We ordered two bottles of wine Marito Red and Dolce Blush. The Marito was prettyvinegar y and we couldn’t finish it. The Dolce Blush was better it was very sweet and fruity like a Sangria. Even though therestaurant was not very busy for a Friday, our entrees took a really long time to arrive. Then one entree came out, then 10minutes later several more and then the remaining entrees longer after that. Not all of the dishes were even warm. Dinneroverall had potential but was just poorly executed. I cannot recommend this restaurant until they work on their organization.Very disappointing."

"My husband and I have wanted to stop at Julep Farms while vacationing in the area, and finally got the opportunity tonight. I was immediately impressed as soon as we stepped inside. The merchandise was beautiful, unique, and good quality, area was clean, well organized, and I enjoyed the soft jazz music playing throughout. What we weren't expecting was the restaurant food being so utterly delicious and beautifully presented, and the gorgeous moutain views through the large glass windows. We even caught a beautiful rainbow. Jennifer was a friendly and attentive server. My only minor complaint was with the dining room being one large room, it got a little loud, but definitely will not prevent us from going back! There is also an outside dining option."

"This spot is a classic Maine seafood shack, known for serving lobster, fried fish, and oysters. While exploring local landmarks, a friend suggested we stop here for lunch in mid-September, just before the restaurant and the area closed for the off-season. We opted to sit outside, where tables extend along both sides of the pier. The shoreline was quite muddy since we visited during low tide, which limited the view; I imagine it's much nicer at high tide. The food is all fresh, and it's hard to go wrong with any dish. We both ordered the fish and chips, and in Maine, haddock is the fish of choice instead of the more common cod. We received five pieces of perfectly fried haddock, tender and juicy on the inside, served alongside a generous helping of hand-cut fries and a cup of tartar sauce (though cocktail sauce is also available). I would rate the food as above average, meeting my expectations for the location. The service was excellent, with an attentive server, although they were out of a few items, including the draft beer we were interested in, so we opted for water instead. Overall, I think this is a great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch."

"I am not by any means an avid restaurant-goer. I don't have much credibility as a reviewer. But as just a regular guy who went to a restaurant with his girlfriend, this is far and beyond the WORST restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The atmosphere was interesting and the service was good enough, but the food just tanked the score... I wish I could give lower than a 1... Between my girlfriend and I, the check ended at just over $43. We only drank water, and didn't get any sides. Now this would be fine if the food was worth it. My girlfriends food could probably fit within a cup measure. That how little food there was. No breadsticks, no other sides of any kind, just the tiniest bit of Gnocci I have ever seen. My food, the Linguine, had a slightly bigger portion, but most of that was because I added shrimp to mine. The food tasted as if it was microwaved, and was genuinely worse than any pasta place I had been to. I wouldn't pay a quarter of the price for that food. I don't write many reviews, but nobody else should ever have to experience this. Save yourself the trouble and buy a frozen pasta meal. This isn't worth it."

Located in Michigan City, Indiana, this restaurant is low-key, chilled, and delicious! The food was amazing! Since moving to Southwest Michigan, I haven't had good jerk food in about 2 years. Well, that changed since visiting Cool Runnings Restaurant Bar. The food was grilled, spicy, abundant, and so, so good! I really enjoyed the dark meat jerk chicken, cabbage, red beans and rice, and the different sauces. I also indulged in the beef patties. Very delicious meal! The service was extremely beneficial. I received help with the menu, and the staff were very nice. The regulars appeared to know the staff, and it was good to hear people calling staff by name. Really great service. The atmosphere had an island vibe and was really cool. I love the intentional vibe of keeping it, Jamaica. Great vibes, bar, and liveliness! I really enjoyed the vibe of Cool Runnings Restaurant Bar. Not to bad on pricing, and I enjoyed the overall experience. Next, I'm going for the goat! Vegetarian options: There are some lovely sides for vegetarians. Parking: There were a number of available parking spaces when I visited. However, if the restaurant is full, that may not be the case. Kid-friendliness: I'm in between kid-friendly. This restaurant is a bar. However, they have kid-friendly machines and options for children. Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not too sure of wheelchair accessibility. There were stairs entering into the restaurant."

"great experience in the igloos, lighting was cute and they were very warm despite the temperature outside and accounting for wind. we were not able to make an online booking so that my friend made one with the recipe in the hotel. when we all showed up for dinner, the reservation could not be found and we had to wait until a table is cleared. After we had set ourselves, it became very fast obvious that the waiters were obviously thin, not almost enough to move how many tables were full. the only time we saw our waiter was when they came to take our order, give us our food, and then they fall the ****. I observed the same three people coming and do not stop going with endless pills of eating and drinking. the hired of the layer I overheard talking while we wait for our table, we say that they were called back after work on this morning. I wonder if they pay their employees enough, as the pub/grill seems to fight with the staff. you eat is certainly expensive enough to compensate for wage increases for your employees. I definitely recommend to come to a slow night, as the personal problems will affect when and how fast they get their food and if the workers are not scattered and stretched thin, they might remember asking if they want to whisper. no hass for the hardworking food service workers of the inlet, finally it is not their fault."

"Alright. A couple drinks in this would have been a 3 star review. BUT:Service: Can 't be better. Each server is assigned a row and we got Julian. He was fantastic and we never had to ask where 's our server . He was incredible.Chairs/Beach: When we arrived I had low expectations. Our chairs had previous visitors sand on them and our umbrella didn 't have the angle function. That said, it ended up being great. The beach is rocky like every other beach here but it was a really fun and great atmosphere. I wish they 'd rope off a bit as when you go from lounge chair to the water you have to walk over and through the public beach, which is jammed.Here 's my complaint that negated a star: They 100% water down or put very little alcohol in their drinks. No way they can dispute it. I started with 3 mixed drinks and I felt like I spent $45 on juice (no buzz at all and usually 1-2 do it for me). I told the server and the only option offered is a double, around $25. So I 'd pay $75 for 3 real drinks. I understand it is touristy but you can really see the lack of alcohol in the frozen drinks (dark liquor against white frozen mixer). It just doesn 't really sit well with me. I love the fun summer drinks but if I had to start over I would do beers the whole time, they can 't water those down or skimp them. With a $250 bill I felt the only drinks with booze were the beers. Just a bummer at $16 a pop.All in all a great beach day and renting the lounge chairs is a must. I wouldn 't go cabana (set in the back) but to avoid the absolutely crowded public section the chairs are worth it. Good food. Good drinks (minus alcohol content), good service, great environment!"

"My first impression was that the restaurant felt a bit too upscale for the Skagit Valley. The bar was long, there were plenty of TVs, and the tables on the floor were well spaced out, which made it feel less like a cookie-cutter establishment. We got there late on a Friday night, and I had already looked at the drink menu, so I knew I wanted to try the No Money, No Honey cocktail. As expected for a Friday night, the place was busy, but our server arrived right away. My sister ordered a personal pitcher, and I stuck with my choice. We absolutely loved our drinks—they were so tasty! Just a heads up, the No Money, No Honey is on the sweeter side, so be aware of that. The food special was Loaded Taco Fries, which I deemed essential. I was absolutely famished after my Frontier Airlines flight. I opted for the Teriyaki Bowl, as finding good Asian food in Phoenix has proven to be quite difficult. Let me tell you, THAT YAKI BOWL IS UNMATCHED! It's hands down the best I've had in quite a while. The Office Tavern opened in 2020, and if you haven't been there yet, get in your car NOW! Head over for delicious food, great drinks, and friendly service."

"Went for brunch on Sunday. Busy!! Need to make a reservation! The bartender Jeremy was a star. He handled all drink orders with calm efficiency. Even the women who wanted every detail customized, because they didn't realize the other hundreds of people mattered. Breakfast was great. Possibly the best omelette if had! Owner was also on sight and chipping in. Great place for views. Staff was attentive and friendly. The wings were great! Oysters were a tasty treat. The tuna was pretty good, but watch out for the wasabi- its the real deal. HOT! The calamari was very greasy and the ceasar salad was small and no dressing, and was $7. Lots of interesting mixed drinks. Definitely worth another trip back."

"We stopped at Iron Mountain Bar Grill on our way back from the Cascades. It was late, and every food option in town was closed or near closing. We were starving, so we stopped in. We weren't too sure at first since a pickup truck was pulled up onto the sidewalk in front of the place. But when we walked in, there were only a couple of people, and the girl at the bar couldn't have been nicer. She said the kitchen was closing in about 15 minutes, but she rushed our order back so we could get something. Our food was very good, with plenty to eat for the price. I would recommend Iron Mountain Bar Grill to anyone looking for a tasty, filling, reasonably priced meal. "Every time we come to fultondale we most likely will eat here. We usually get good or decent enough service. Today though, it's been the worst it's ever been. We've felt completely ignored, hostess saw after 15 min we didn't have drinks and came and took care of us, and got our orders. After the cook brought our meals out then our waitress finally came to check up on us. We never saw her again till we paid, and even that took time for her to do. I know that sometimes people can be going through a rough time that we know nothing about. So I try to remember to be kind and if nothing else, I try to not give people a hard time. Still gave a tip, still cleaned up my table before we left. I still recommend this restaurant, burgers are great. Hopefully when we go back, will get a different waitress and better customer service"

"We were greeted very well at the entrance, the lady was very friendly, but when we were assigned a table, the waiter was rude and unfriendly (although I suppose they were exhausted due to the date). The music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other well. And since they say that tipping is something you do when you receive good service, we were not going to leave a tip if the service was terrible. We only had dinner and left quickly because we were very uncomfortable, we were there for about an hour. The point is, the friendly lady from the entrance came back shouting at our table that we should leave them a tip, but in an upset and rude manner. The truth is, just to avoid a fight, we gave them their tip out of obligation, but I would never go back."

"We returned to the restaurant and were pleased to find they now offer winter cocktails. The apple cider and Fireball cocktail was delightful and served as a nice warming treat. I tried the bento bowl, which was quite enjoyable. The staff, including the servers and bartenders, were friendly and provided fast service. They also have a covered patio for when the weather is pleasant. I really appreciate that they're open late with a full menu, especially since many places around here close early. The cocktails are fantastic! I had both the chicken burger and the pulled pork sandwich, and they were both flavorful. The fries and salad that accompanied them were also great. I also love the selection of fruity cocktails and beers available."
