"I really try to avoid bad reviews but the run around I received from this location was atrocious. On July 4, my family and I were looking to order and pick up food. We specifically checked the website which said that this location was open through 6pm. Well in advance of that time, we placed an online order (the Giardino 's website indicated other locations that were closed, some thAt were open this was closest that was open). When we arrived at the location it was closed, door locked. However, I had a charge for over $56.00 for our order. The next morning I called and spoke with a man and I explained the situation. I gave him my order number and he assured me I would receive a refund. I did not get the refund. I called back a day later, and the workers said they don 't speak English and hung up on me. Apparently there was no one at the location who could speak English. Finally, two days later, I had a fluent Spanish speaker call and explain the situation. She provided the order number and my phone number and we were told we would receive a call to handle the issue. AT NO TIME DID ANYONE CALL ME BACK. As such, Giardino 's at Brickell did not provide updated information on its website (hence the order was placed), allowed an order to be placed when they were not open, will not cooperate to issue a refund, and is "playing d to keep my money for an order never made or received. We will go to other locations but never back to this one due to the shady behavior and atrocious customer service or lack there of."
