"Absolutely MISERABLE experience today and I pray the owner reads this because this store needs a LOT of help. I ordered a large The Works for over $25 with a group of 3, and we were the only ones in the restaurant at noon. For starters, the pizza came out lukewarm, cheese was barely melted. But here 's the kicker, and I can 't make this up the employee with the earrings who called me up to get my pizza told me they didn 't have plates. There were only 2 employees: the African American chick at the register and the person making the pizza. But what the F? We don 't have plates right now was the most ridiculous thing I 've ever heard then they proceeded to give me ONE plate reluctantly. Again, I needed 3. If you don 't want me to eat in the restaurant, let me know more bluntly next time and I 'll leave. My coworker had to go up and ask for 2 more plates after I told him you wouldn 't believe it but they only gave me one plate, and HE was given the plates we needed. No questions asked.Of all things to withhold plates to eat off of? Really?I also asked for parmesan cheese, peppers and oregano, and the employee refused giving me that too. No idea what this employee 's problem was but they badly need some retraining. Also you guys aren 't fooling anyone by saying your credit card reader isn 't working. I came here in December of last year right around Xmas time, and you said the same thing. As a heads up, no one carries cash anymore. Fix it if it 's truly broken, and I 'm fairly confident it isn 't broken. This location is in a nice area but the experience was a complete disaster. Hope other customers are treated with more respect should they choose to dine here."

"I 've been to several build-your-own style pizza places before, but this one wins the Most Convoluted Ordering Award. Instead of standing infront of the glass display and choosing the toppings aloud for the pizza-maker-person to immediately put on your pizza, they ushered us to the register so we could list all of the ingredients our little hearts desired from the written menu so the cashier could input each individual topping into the computer. Mind you, the toppings were unlimited. To top it off, my friend and I were splitting a pizza (which they said was fine but made things even more complicated! We were about ready to leave about halfway through ordering. It took about 10 minutes to order because the cashier was very confused that sometimes our toppings were the same (ie: So you both want vegan cheese and mushrooms? ... Well we haven 't talked it over but it appears so . I think the lady had the pizza in the oven before the guy printed the ticket for her. Now, was that really necessary?? Thankfully there was no one in line before or after us (I don 't know what that says about this place but I must confess, the pizza was actually really good! The crust was thin, slightly crispy and appeared to have grill marks on the bottom. Usually, my abundant toppings makes my crust slightly soggy, but even my side of the crust was crispy. If the pizza wasn 't so good, and the toppings weren 't so interesting (like white beans and sauteed sliced potatoes, along with more classic options I would have given this joint a much lower rating."
