"The staff really rubbed me the wrong way during my visit. I had to wait while they chatted with a local customer ahead of me in line. When I tried to order a "2 for $6," I was told that offer was from a long time ago, even though I had just ordered it a week prior in New York. I asked for any alternatives, then pulled up the Wendy's website on my phone to show the employee. At that point, another staff member—who I assume was the manager—interjected into our conversation, even though I was not addressing her. It felt unprofessional, especially since she was working the drive-thru. The staff really needs to learn to engage respectfully when spoken to. I ended up leaving and going to Arby’s across the street, where I received much better service!"
