"We used to be frequent visitors to this restaurant when we lived in Belmont, but it has changed quite a bit. After driving 45 minutes to come back, we encountered poor customer service and a smoothie that tasted off. I had asked for extra ginger in my smoothie, but there was no trace of ginger whatsoever. When I went inside to request either a remake or a refund, the cashier suggested that I might have a tolerance for ginger and mentioned that, being a small business, they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location."
