"The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I ordered the lean chopped brisket, a dozen wings (six lemon pepper and six garlic Parmesan), creamed corn, collard greens, and macaroni and cheese. I wanted to try the beef ribs, but there was an additional $17 charge! The brisket was fantastic and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the wings were quite disappointing. The lemon pepper variety was bland and needed more seasoning, and the garlic Parmesan lacked flavor as well. The creamed corn was okay, but I wouldn’t choose it again. The macaroni and cheese was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The standout dish of the meal, however, was the collard greens—definitely some of the best in Atlanta. I think I’ll order a pint of them next time. Overall, it was a solid meal, but I might try a different meat on my next visit. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a quieter dining atmosphere."
