"High West Distillery and Saloon appears to be the It place to be in Park City. At least on a Friday night, for sure. But likely during the week as well. The food was outstanding. And there was plenty of it. The plates are full. I am not quite sure if you could possibly leave hungry. There is an ABUNDANCE of fries to keep you munching. We enjoyed the fish and chips as well as a burger. Both were excellent. The bacon, onion, jelly for the burger was a bacon lover 's dream. I even mixed some into my tartar sauce and ate it with my fish (yes, that sounds strange) but it was quite good. My only complaint , if you will, is the cost of the drink specials. I get it that it is a tourist town, but $14 for a rather small drink is a bit much. That said, it was quite delicious. And I don 't, as a general rule, like whiskey. I marked that the service was very good as opposed to excellent only because it was quite busy and there was a longer than normal wait. But don 't write the place off for that minor black mark. It well deserves it 's It place title."
