"I 'm aware that people call it whole paycheck , and I 'll admit that it isn 't the cheapest place in town to shop BUT the quality of the food and other products in the store are superior, as is the customer service. Where else can you sample artisan cheeses (they 'll even open a package of your choice to try out), exotic fruits, and gourmet organic fresh baked goods?! You can find so many gourmet and specialty items that you can 't find anywhere else within over a hundred miles from Reno. Their hot bar is one of my kids favorite places to eat. They call it the Whole Foods buffet! I don 't know how they manage to make so many amazing, tasty food items to choose from in such a small space, but I 'm so glad that they do. Even their brewery room is awesome! Some people don 't even know it 's there so it 's kind of a secret spot for grabbing some killer craft beer if you 're parched from shopping. What about that bakery?! Everything (and I do mean everything) that I have eaten out of their bakery case was to die for! Their creme brûlée and key lime tart are my two faves. Oh yeah, the hand pies rock as well! Now I 'd like to talk about the organic selection of well, everything! I 'm a huge fan of knowing what my good is made of and from whence it came. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers for this hippie chick and former vegetarian! There are more organic products in this store than there are not so of course I 'm in heaven here. They even carry organic soaps, lotions, shampoos, etc, in the fab health and beauty section. If you 're an amazon prime member you 'll save money every week in particular items they 've picked out just for prime members. On top of that, prime members save an extra 10% off of items that are on sale. Can 't beat that! One thing that I don 't like though, ever since amazon acquired Whole Foods, they 've added a few items I 'm not fond of. One of them is Cheerios. Of course, I love Cheerios in theory, however, scientists have found hefty amounts of roundup and other pesticides in this cereal. Whole Foods has no business carrying any item that has anything to do with Monsanto. No GMO 's or pesticides in our food please. I 've contacted their corporate offices in Austin TX to voice my opinion on this. This is the reason they get a 4 star review I stead of a 5. Kind of a shame because I love the place, but they know better than to sell ****."
