"Our dinner at Boveda was fine until it was time to pay. We were a party of and expected the normal gratuity to be added to the bill. However, the manager brought over the bill and asked us whether we'd like the gratuity to be either or We found this completely off-putting. Then, when we received the bill it was very confusing--it looked like the gratuity was added twice so we had to ask the manager for an explanation for that. Finally, we were a party of and spent over and noticed that they had the nerve to charge us for extra orders of chips to go with our guacamole and queso. We had only asked once for more chips, which they didn't bring, so we asked again. We did not get orders, only order Food was good but these things really put us off. We will not return."
