"We came here for the steak, but something has changed since our last visit. Tonight, our steaks were as thin as paper plates. After a few bites, they were unappetizing enough that we didn’t want to finish them. We ordered some drinks and then asked for the check. I presented a gift card along with my debit card. After a while, the waiter returned to inform us that their system isn’t processing gift cards at the moment. How is that even possible? If they can swipe a debit card, why can’t the gift card work? Fortunately, I was able to cover the bill without the gift card. This restaurant has seriously declined. My wife’s drink was also served incorrectly. We were told it would be broccoli, but instead, it was just the same microwaved mixed vegetables you can buy at Kroger. The mashed potatoes tasted boxed. Overall, a terrible experience."
