"This is by far the worst Little Caesars I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. My wife and I have ordered from them several times, and each time—yes, every time—our order has been missing items. When I brought this up, they told me that since I ordered through the app, I needed to request a refund in that manner. However, the app uses DoorDash for delivery, and unless you're logged into a DoorDash account, it treats you as a guest, leaving you no way to request a refund. I attempted to call customer service and left two messages asking for a callback, but they have never responded or acknowledged my complaint in any way. We have tried to give them a chance multiple times, but after this last experience, Little Caesars has lost our business for good. We mean it."
