"Had a reservation at 6:15pm. Arrived early, no crowd so we were seated. We heard it was karaoke night so thought this would be good as they claim to have the Doral 's best happy hour . The sign on the table said otherwise. What were the happy hour specials? $25 bottomless proseco or beer and 50% off house gin, rum, vodka,or tequila. Ummm no thanks. Rot gut liquor. I 'm drinking $15 glasses house merlot during Doral 's best happy hour. For dinner I had the lobster ravioli and my wife had the picanha. I needed a search party to find the lobster pebbles amongst the filler. If they used an ounce I 'd be surprised. My wife 's steak had a considerable amount of fat you 'd think they didn 't trim the fat cap off the meat. In fairness the appetizers and dessert were good. Now on to the staff. The hostesses did not speak English so my wife had to engage them. We were were seated and then promptly ignored for the next 10 minutes, although there were only 3 tables of 2 seated aaaand there were 3 servers in the section. Not even a glass of water and a I 'll be right with you . One of the hostesses walked past and I tried to get her attention by saying excuse me 10 times, elevating my voice with each failed attempt. My wife said permisso and she turned right to our table. Wow. Finally, we ordered Irish Coffee to enjoy with dessert and our waitress disappeared over by the bar. She was gone 8-10 minutes. Someone else brought us dessert, and we eventually started eating them and as we were finishing, our waitress reappeared with two small glass mugs that look like they are for apple cider, and the contents looks like low fat milk diluted with hot water and liquor, and some whipped cream melting into the mix. I said, your bartender doesn 't know what an Irish coffee is, does he ? They charged me for those debacles, annnnnnd, at the end, the minimum tip amount is 20% added to the bill. I 'm sorry, but for me this place is a HARD PASS!!!! Also, the karaoke guy never showed."

"First time ordering or eating anything from this pizza place. I called in my order, staff was very friendly. It was 2 topping Thursday for medium pizza for $10. I ordered carry out. Staff was friendly and brought my pizza to the car. When I got home, the crust was super thick, no problem...would have been really good had the thick crust been stuffed with cheese, most people won 't eat thick crust. The actual two topping pizza part was the shocker, there wasn 't any cheese on the whole pizza! The pizza had an orange color oil dripping off the pizza. Not edible. I did call the next day and talk to the manager, Scott, he did give me a refund, still waiting for the refund to show up in my bank account. Not sure when/if I will try this place again. ? ? ??‍? UPDATE: the refund did go into the correct bank account...I wasn 't sure which debit card I had used! ??Scott, the owner did reach out, in regards to my 1st review above and offered to make and deliver a pizza to me. Customer service is outstanding! On 6/5, Scott personally delivered a fresh, hot pizza to my house, even though I am way out of their delivery boundaries! ??This pizza looked entirely different from the 1st, because it had cheese ? on it! ??‍? The pizza was still hot, and it was a good pizza and I didn 't notice any orange oil dripping from the pizza! ? ??? Thank you Scott for going out of your way, to make a special pizza delivery, I WIIL be trying out different pizza 's and toppings, maybe a Calezone next. ??(I can 't honestly rate the atmosphere of the Hub Pizza Co., being I haven 't been inside the restaurant."
