"I indulged in my favorite appetizer, beef carpaccio, and it was exquisite—delicately thin slices of filet mignon topped with shaved parmesan, capers, arugula, and served with toasted bread. My husband ordered the shrimp and lobster ravioli, and for once, he had absolutely no complaints—a true rarity!
For my main course, I chose the Veal Tonnato, which features veal scallopini paired with Ahi tuna in a delightful lemon and white wine sauce. The veal was so tender that I could cut it with my fork, and the Ahi was seared to perfection. The sauce was flavorful without being overpowering.
Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience. We would have loved to have chosen this place for our last night in Durango; it truly left a lasting impression!"
