"Called to order was told there would be a hour wait agreed lady took my name and phone number I kindly asked her to give me a courtesy call when it was ready she got all rude and said no..... like what gives I understand that your busy and everything but at least have the decency to give a customer a call when it's finished if there willing to wait an hour for a pizza"

"Ordered a pizza at 8 paid over the phone and yet never got my pizza once 9:15 hit I tried calling multiple times with the phone just nonstop ringing no voicemail no answer nothing would’ve been nice if they could have at least notified me that I wasn’t getting my food for whatever reason or issued a refund"
