"Terrible customer service at this location. Manager is an abusive bully. I placed an order for a Gluten-Free crust, deep dish, spinach garlic, 1/2 pepperoni pizza and was charged over $30.00 for a pizza the size of a dessert plate. was never given a receipt. I don 't eat meat- the pepperoni 1/2 was for my son. I pick up the pizza at the Barrington Rd. location. Bring the pizza home and pepperoni is on the ENTIRE pizza. I can 't eat it now. I called the restaurant and told them they screwed up my order and I could not eat it. I spoke with John, who just kept saying sorry, I put the ticket in as 1/2 pepperoni . I was like: I really don 't care what you put on the ticket- I 'm starving and now I have a pizza I can 't eat. Never said oh- we 'll make this right, we are are so sorry we screwed your (very expensive) order up. John told me they 'd deliver a new pizza with no meet on it- but of course I need to wait an hour. Mind you I 'm starving!! Then I get a call from the manager at Lou 's, never tells me his name, who proceeds to bully and harass me on the phone. The first thing he says to me is- I 'm the manager at Lou Malnati 's and I have an upset employee- and I need to know why . I was like I beg your pardon !!!! Not, I 'm calling about the order we screwed up- I heard you were upset, what can we do to make it right. He then bullies and harasses me more- accusing me of swearing at his employee- when I did no such thing. I had several people in my home who witnessed the entire conversation, because I had him on speaker phone. He was antagonizing me and lying, repeatedly and would not stop. It was the WORST experience I have ever had with a restaurant in my life. I will NEVER order from this location again- and suggest EVERYONE to order from a different Lou 's. This was an absolute nightmare."
