"Have you ever had a bad experience at a restaurant where nothing was right. Maybe you got overcharged, or got the wrong item, or it wasn't cooked right? Of course you have. It can ruin your meal and even your day. How can a restaurant fix that? They really can't. It isn't if they will make a mistake, but how they handle them when one happens. I am usually gracious, if someone puts a tomato on a burger I just take it off or if they forget a sauce I just ask for a side. This restaurant didn't just meet expectations to fix a problem, they didn't even do what I thought was reasonable. They actually exceeded it, which if you ask my wife is almost impossible. They genuinely seemed to care, was appologitic, and ready to do whatever it took to make me have a great experience. I can't say that before today that there was every a bad experience that the end result made me want to go back and give more of my business...until today."
