"We arrived at 4:50 PM for our 5 PM reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was closed and that they wouldn’t be seating anyone for the rest of the day. I requested to speak with the manager, but it took about five minutes for him to come out, presumably because he was outside smoking (it looked like he was out of cigarettes). I even received a text message confirmation from the restaurant the day before, but the manager couldn’t explain where the text came from or how I had made a reservation if they closed at 5 PM. He was completely unapologetic and condescending throughout the encounter. This was our Christmas dinner, and we were left scrambling to find somewhere else to eat. I will never dine at this restaurant again."

"We were celebrating my wife’s birthday … everyone had a different entree and all were fabulous .. Dover sole was outstanding, chicken was moist and yummie, steak frites was excellent, cake cakes were wonderful and on and on. Management gave us Champagne to toast the celebration (good touch) and dessert. Thanks to all who made this day special! 🌹"

"Not what it once was.... Fox Hound at 120th and West Dodge in Omaha. Uh boy! What’s to like? Great service from Alisha T. Knows her stuff. Attentive and never crosses the line to intrusive. What’s not to like? 1) Music is too loud. Great tune selection played through a sub-standard PA system with all of the quality of a blaring AM radio. Very annoying. What could be more annoying? 2) The manager. He roams table to table while the kitchen falls behind on a fairly quiet night; maybe 40% of capacity at best. "I was eager to try this restaurant after hearing positive reviews. However, my experience during dinner tonight was disappointing. We received our appetizers and pizza before our drinks, which was frustrating. The Crab Rangoons were overcooked to the point of being burnt, but the Mac and Cheese bites were delicious. I inquired about our drinks three times at the bar and was met with attitude and told to return to my table. After about 40 minutes, our drinks finally arrived, but they were not what we ordered. I requested to speak with a manager, and the woman who assisted me was genuinely apologetic and offered a refund for the drinks. While the pizza was tasty, the service left much to be desired. I appreciated the manager's sincerity, especially since she had just started her shift, but overall, I don't plan to return."

"I very much enjoyed this restaurant. It's in a busy shopping center, but we were able to find parking right away. We entered and there's a counter area for pickup that's separated from the main dining. It's not a big restaurant, but we were able to get a table right away. The server took our drink orders right away and was also quick to come back for our food orders. We ordered the garlic edamame, then I got the tonkotsu ramen and added some spice, and my bf got the pork katsu. My ramen actually came out before the edamame, but didn't matter because everything was delicious and we ate it anyway. Definite 5 star for staff food was so good and our server came over to refill our drinks every time they got low. Good price point for ramen and katsu as well. It did start to pick up as we were leaving (we were there around 6:00 on a Friday) and there isn't much seating, but service is quick so I don't think the wait would necessarily be long."

"I celebrated my birthday with brunch for at Dean Street and it was wonderful. Our waitress was amazing and most of the food was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to see a kitchen of handle such a busy little place. Kudos to our waitress! She couldn't have done a better job.I ordered the short rib hash and it was delicious. My friends also enjoyed the crawfish omlette and the cheddaravocado. Several people said that the French Toast was perfect but they were disappointed that there were only slices. "We hired this company for wedding catering and when they showed up day of, they did not professionally drop off or pick up. When dropping off the food, the woman was inpatient and upset at the fact she couldn’t pick up the equipment in 30 minutes or less of dropping it off. She claimed it was going to make her late to her dog walking. Yet how are you to feed 130+ pin that time? The meat was very fatty and every thing was else was dry with not a lot of flavor. When picking up they did not check what they were grabbing and they took a cooler that was not theirs. However they left other things that were there’s. People make mistakes, especially when cleaning up, but with it all adding up we paid over 11 thousand for terrible food and unprofessional. It was frustrating. The issues were brought up to the owner of the company, but there was no retribution or remorse. Just what is done is done and there’s nothing else he will do about it."
