"I called Mark back to explain the situation, and he said he would contact them. A few minutes later, he called me back to let me know that they couldn’t send someone since my order had been canceled, and I would need to reorder without the Gatorade. I went ahead and did that. Eventually, the driver arrived to pick up my order about 30 minutes after the pizza was ready. When I opened the box at my hotel, my stuffed deep dish pizza was still steaming hot. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience!"

"This lovely pizzeria is renowned for its thin crust pizza. However, the prices are a bit steep. A 10-inch thin crust pizza with an extra topping and a well-controlled lemon adds up to $16. I wish they offered a buffet option that could make things more affordable. The pizza was tasty, but I might wait a while before returning, unless I have a bigger budget. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a changing table for dads with kids, and the parking lot appeared to be newly paved."

"I do not eat here often but one of my family members eat there everyday for breakfast. So some time I will meet him there. I have not been satisfied at any time but I go there to see my family member. Today I received a cup of orange juice it still had the lip stick imprint on the side of the cup I mean it happens. So I asked for another orange juice and I placed a small piece of the paper from the straw .. inside the cup .. she brought me another class and I began drinking it and I almost choked on the paper . I coughed it up on the table. So that tells me that she gave me the same old dirty orange juice instead of a clean cup with clean orange juice. Since famous Anthony’s has been in the news the last couple of years even though they are different owners I guess I would not want to be on the same list of making people sick."

"I really like the pizza here, I think is the best one I have ever had in the valley. I've tried deep dish which I love and thin crust and they are both delicious.I decided to not come back here because of the awful service. They have a young employee that couldn't give us a decent service. She took forever to ask for our drinks and then even longer to take our food order, that we ended up asking to another employee who is pretty nice.As I said food was great but when if was time to ask for the check and a box to go, we told the young lady and instead of taking care of our requests, she stood up behind us and talked for 20 minutes with the people seating there and completely forgot about us. What type of customer service is that?I just got really disappointed because it was my go to pizza place."

"Today, 5/16 530pm I did a Curbside pickup of a Fajita Steak Salad, I asked for Italian dressing, extra meat, which I knew I had to pay extra for. Had done this previously. They just recently opened back up for the evening. The salad was brought to me, the young man took my card to pay, I opened the container, immediately saw there was no extra steak. The young man came out n I advised him of this. He said yes, I see that. After 10 minutes he brought me this tiny container with 5 very small pieces of meat. Wow, I could not believe this. I noticed on my ticket when I got home that they had missed that I said extra meat n I had not been charged for it. A lot of the meat was grisly which had never happened b4. I meet a friend at the Vinton Anthony's and Oak Grove could take some lessons on this salad. It is piled up, the meat is much better quality, tender. It will be awhile b4 I return for Curbside again. Totally disillusioned this time. Since I did not go in I am unable to rate the stars portion of some listed above."

"Our food took a little longer to arrive than we had hoped, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. However, the staff quickly corrected it without me needing to ask. Overall, the food was decent. I found the coffee to be frequently unavailable, but given how busy it was, the service was about what I expected. One major drawback was how loud it was. Being seated near the kitchen, combined with the crowd, made it difficult to hear each other; I felt like I had to raise my voice just to chat with my friend. Nevertheless, I’m willing to give this place another chance and see how things go next time."

"Went here with the family and, might I'd say, we ordered a lot.We ordered the medium pizza special, which was 2 medium one topping pizzas (chicken BBQ chicken buffalo) with two 2 liter sodas and a side of potato wedges (we chose one soda and two wedges instead). Everything was delicious.We also ordered a 1/2 rack of BBQ ribs, which came with garlic bread and potato wedges. The ribs were meaty and tender.After we stuffed ourselves full, with lots of leftovers (shown in the image), we ordered ourselves a slice of each cake: chocolate, carrot, cheesecake, and teramesu. Each was great and not too sweet.Overall, the food was great for a good price (pizza special was around $16).[Forgot to take a before photo, but here's the after]"

"Bottom line: Good vibe, good pizza, good price, and nice folks. Dropped in for pizza not knowing the place. It's a small house turned into a tavern that serves really good pizza. Kids were allowed and there were a few tables/ rooms with kids inthem. Got two pies (pepperoni thin and Mediterranean hand tossed). Both were fresh and tasty. The person serving us was verypolite and friendly. Do not make a mistake this place is a bar. I could easily see myself watching some soccer and puttingback a few with friends. The 5 star is for the overall experience. The place itself has some usual bar type wear and tear."

"Our food took about 30 minutes and we ordered burgers cooked medium but they were well done. Flavor was okay but they were dry. The music was at a reasonable level but was turned up to the point where we had to shout to talk so this killed much of our conversation. Couldn't inform our waitress as we rarely saw her. Truly disappointed and won't be returning here."

"Rico's pizza was an awesome experience. The owner came out to greet us personally and made excellent menu suggestions (I don't know if that always happens, but it was our experience). The pizza was great with a medium thin crust that complimented thetoppings without being overly doughy. We had a sample of almost all the pizzas and each one was great. I would highly recommendthis place and will come back again."

"Big Star is one of my favorite pizzerias in New York. The prices are reasonable, and the owners are fantastic! I make sure to stop by whenever I’m in the area, and the quality is consistently excellent. While most of the business is takeout, they do have a few tables for dining in. It’s a true gem! Everyone I’ve ever brought here or had try their pizza has loved it. The crust has that perfect crispy yet chewy texture that I really enjoy in New York-style pizza. The sauce is delicious and mild, not sour at all."

"Absolutely fabulous! I had the split pea soup and rolls sprinkled with garlic, and I also got a quart of clam chowder for dinner tonight. The split pea soup was incredibly hearty with an amazing smoky flavor—not too salty at all, just about perfect! However, it was the service that truly won me over and will keep me coming back for more. The lovely woman at the counter welcomed me the moment I walked in. She provided incredibly fast service and made sure I felt appreciated as a customer; I never felt like just a number! Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service, delicious food, and friendly staff!"
