"So, the shake I originally ordered was milky as if it may have been sitting out for a while idk. Immediately I didn't like how it look besides the black spot on the rim of my drink. The person at the window asked me what was wrong with it and where. I asked could I have another shake made. Had us to wait at the parking lot and when I finally received our complete order..... SADLY, same results. Didn't look like a vanilla shake. I walked inside of Braums... the floors were very oily and slippery WORRIED of a slip and fall while approaching the register. 1st thing I seen was teenagers with their backs turned, talking, chilling, very unprofessional. Supervisor finally came and the whole time they kept fixing me Banana shakes. Asked for my money back and then was told I needed to have the card for $2.70 refund. Such a waste of time, poor communication, lack of customer service skills. I had no intentions to walk all the way back outside IN THE RAIN BACK ON GREASY FLOORS. I decided to leave and let them keep the Banana shake plus the $2.70. I JUST LEFT. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! The burgers and fries we ordered was trash too. Some of my fries were hard and others were soft."
