"I ordered 3 bold burritos, two with onions and one without. They made all of them with onions. When I went back, they attempted to fix the mistake, but upon opening the burrito, I realized they had forgotten to add the white sauce. The same mistake was made on the other two burritos as well. I returned to the restaurant and inquired about what "bold" meant, whether it included just fries or both fries and sauce. After confirming it should include both, I informed the manager that the sauce was missing. However, she insisted it was there. I showed her that it wasn't and they then attempted to rectify the error by taking the burritos back to add the sauce. Ultimately, I requested to have the sauce on the side as the same person who tried to fix the mistake was also the cashier handling payments. This was not the first time I experienced an issue at this restaurant, and while I am not one to typically complain, the service was unacceptable. If the customer service had been better, I may not have felt the need to complain, but unfortunately, that was not the case."
